Chi gestisce una struttura balneare in una zona non servita dalla rete elettrica nazionale ha dovuto provvedere all’acquisto o al noleggio di un generatore in grado di alimentare le utenze dello stabilimento per tutto il giorno e per tutta la notte.

I consumi di un generatore
I consumi di carburante rappresentano una delle voci di costo più importanti nell'esercizio di un gruppo elettrogeno in servizio continuo. Il costo del carburante non è mai stabile o prevedibile ed in ogni caso è quasi impossibile stoccarne grosse quantità in una spiaggia.
I consumi dei principali motori diesel in circolazione possono avere differenze sensibili, questo significa che al 75% del carico elettrico nominale una differenza di meno di 1 litro/ora nel consumo può significare un risparmio di centinaia di euro alla fine mese.

Gli intervalli di manutenzione del gruppo elettrogeno.
La manutenzione per un generatore installato in spiaggia a pochi passi dal mare ha un piano di manutenzione che necessariamente deve tenere conto delle condizioni operative di motore e alternatore.
I siti costieri sono caratterizzati da importanti escursioni termiche e da una salinità che penetra le parti sensibili del gruppo elettrogeno andando ad intaccare tutto ciò che non è appropriatamente trattato.
Se possiedi un gruppo elettrogeno e lo utilizzi in un applicazione simile devi sempre effettuare una manutenzione straordinaria ad inizio ed alla fine della stagione, in particolare dovresti provvedere alla pulizia totale delle parti interne ed esterne.
Un officina specializzata dovrebbe lavare, essiccare ed isolare tutti gli avvolgimenti dell’alternatore per evitare che il sale possa corrodere il rame delle bobine.
Nell'immagine puoi osservare l'effetto corrosivo che si trova dentro un alternatore che ha lavorato per 6 mesi in un Lido.
Ovviamente con il noleggio eviti le manutenzioni straordinarie di fine stagione che sono a cura del noleggiatore.

Caratteristiche e compatibilità ambientale del generatore.
Un gruppo elettrogeno dovrebbe essere compatibile con l’ambiente marino e soddisfare alcuni importanti requisiti:
· Tutte le parti esterne ed interne dovrebbero essere verniciate a polveri.
· La carrozzeria deve necessariamente essere prodotta con lamiera zincata presso piegata. Solo la lamiera zincata unitamente al trattamento superficiale e la verniciatura a polveri garantiscono una doppia protezione contro gli agenti corrosivi.
· La bulloneria dovrebbe essere in acciaio Inox. In caso contrario dovrai sostituirla praticamente ogni anno.

Il livello di rumorosità e le emissioni
I gruppi elettrogeni sono soggetti a normative Europee in materia di emissioni di Gas in atmosfera e di emissioni acustiche.
I gruppi elettrogeni nelle spiagge, nella grande maggioranza dei casi disturbano i bagnanti.
Gli utilizzatori spesso ignorano quali siano le normative Nazionali, Regionali e Comunali in merito alle emissioni acustiche, ed installano i generatori senza alcun criterio che tenga conto della propagazione del suono.
Di recente ho dato alcuni suggerimenti al titolare di uno stabilimento balneare in Sardegna su come posizionare ed orientare il gruppo elettrogeno in modo tale da diminuire la percezione del rumore, che infatti è risultato decisamente inferiore semplicemente orientando il lato motore verso Nord. (in quel caso specifico ovviamente).
La legge Quadro sull’inquinamento acustico “Legge 26 ottobre 1995, n. 447”, stabilisce i Principi in materia di tutela dell'ambiente esterno dall'inquinamento acustico, ai sensi dell'articolo 117 della Costituzione.
Un gruppo elettrogeno con un livello sonoro superiore a 68db misurati a 7 metri non può essere considerato davvero silenzioso, questo indipendentemente da leggi e norme.
Se hai a cuore l’ambiente e il benessere dei tuoi Clienti / Ospiti, dovresti optare per una soluzione realmente silenziosa e lasciarti guidare da un esperto nel posizionamento del generatore.
La scelta giusta del generatore ti consentirà di avere un risultato ottimale nella gestione del problema, costi certi, ti eviterà di incorrere in sanzioni amministrative o peggio ancora penali e la tua attività ci guadagnerà anche in immagine
