Forse non è la scoperta dell’acqua calda, ma ci siamo andati davvero molto vicini.
Durante una visita presso un nostro cliente nel Nord Europa, abbiamo notato con quale difficoltà e con quali costi i cantieri devono gestire il riscaldamento dei locali adibiti a spogliatoi, mensa e uffici. Nella maggioranza dei casi si alimentano termoconvettori elettrici utilizzando uno o più gruppi elettrogeni da cantiere.
Anche lavarsi le mani diventa un problema in cantiere quando l’acqua è gelida, quindi le imprese devono dotarsi di riscaldatori alimentati elettricamente.
In realtà è noto come sia possibile produrre calore con un cogeneratore, tuttavia è altresì evidente come sia antieconomico per quasi tutti i cantieri installarne uno, sia per motivi economici, che per motivi tecnici e burocratici.
Il cogeneratore convenzionale, ovvero con recupero termico dai fumi di scarico o dal circuito di raffreddamento, non sposa con l’idea di applicazione temporanea o provvisoria che caratterizza il cantiere edile o equiparabile, inoltre, una delle prerogative è l’uso continuativo, cosa decisamente inusuale per un generatore in cantiere, che ha un utilizzo medio di 8 / 10 ore al giorno.
Ecco come è nata l’idea “Recogeno ™”: da una parte la necessità di acqua calda / aria calda, dall’altra l’esigenza di recuperare calore senza costi impossibili da ammortizzare per un cantiere.
Recogeno ™ recupera calore irraggiato da qualsiasi gruppo elettrogeno con motore Diesel raffreddato a liquido. E’ un sistema di recupero remoto, ovvero non si inserisce nel circuito di raffreddamento del motore o nell’impianto di scarico fumi, tuttavia ne raccoglie il calore.
Il segreto di questo sistema brevettato è la semplicità di installazione e di utilizzo. Immagina di installare in soli 30 minuti un piccolo modulo di recupero termico capace di fornirti 80 litri d’acqua ad una temperatura di 50°C dopo soli 60 minuti utilizzando un gruppo elettrogeno da appena 12kW.

During a visit to our customer in Northern Europe, we noticed how difficult and enpensive handling the heating of locker rooms, canteens and offices for construction yards was. In most cases, electric heaters are powered by one or more building site generators.
Even washing your hands becomes a problem at the site when the water is cold, so firms need to have electrically powered heaters.
How heat can be produced with a cogenerator is a fact. However, it is known as a non economic system for almost all yards to install one due to economic, technical and bureaucratic reasons.

Recogeno ™ non ha la presunzione di sostituire un sistema di recupero termico convenzionale, che per prestazioni non ha eguali, anche perché di fatto sarebbe addirittura complementare considerato che esso recupera un'altra parte di calore che lo scambiatore tradizionale trascura, ovvero quella parte termica che viene irraggiata dal motore principale. E’ compatibile con la maggior parte dei gruppi elettrogeni diesel raffreddati a liquido.
Non è necessario modificare il motore diesel, pertanto non si compromette la garanzia.
Raggiunge rapidamente la temperatura di esercizio anche dopo soli 50 minuti di funzionamento al 75% del carico elettrico nominale. (non risente sensibilmente delle variazioni di carico)
Si può installare con ottimi risultati anche sui piccoli generatori a partire da 15kVA.
E’ versatile: può essere utilizzato per riscaldare ambienti o per produrre acqua calda sanitaria o di processo.
Non c’è rischio di contaminazione in quanto i fluidi non entrano mai in contatto con altri fluidi contaminati dato che il circuito è totalmente indipendente.
Il sistema si può definire “Universale”, non ha limiti di applicazione e rappresenta una soluzione eco sostenibile essendo il primo sistema di questo tipo capace di ridurre le emissioni riducendo i consumi.
Recogeno ™ può essere impiegato anche per l’abbattimento della temperatura in uscita dal gruppo elettrogeno silenziato, ideale per applicazioni in cui vi è la necessità di contenere la temperatura dell’aria calda prodotta dal generatore.

Recogeno ™ does not have the presumption to replace a conventional thermal recovery system which, by virtue of its performance, is unequal. Actully it would even be complementary considering that it recovers another part of the heat that the traditional heat exchanger neglects, that is the heat part irradiated from the main engine.
